The Markdown/HTML report is the human deliverable. Read it top-down by priority.

Columns

Column	Meaning
Priority	Combined score band (critical / high / medium / low) with numeric score
Class	Quantum classification (`broken`, `weakened`, `safe`, `unknown`)
Location	File and optional line
Primitive	Canonical primitive name
Recommendation	Migration target with standard citation when known

Clear critical findings first — typically Shor-broken public-key crypto on long-lived or exposed data.
Confirm evidence at the listed location before changing code.
Prefer hybrid classical-plus-PQC during transition when that matches your platform’s supported suites.
Treat unknown as work to investigate, not as “safe.”
